Belinda Westwood is a Business Psychologist, ICF accredited professional coach and leadership development expert who works with organisations to transform their people talent, supporting them to help employees shine in the workplace. As an experienced learning facilitator, she takes learners on a journey of self-discovery and empower them to confidently apply their strengths to bring positive change in the workplace.
