Crystal Bowl Sound Bath Session in the Ludlow – 18th July 2024

Tenants and Members! It is time to press the pause button on your day and take time to breathe and relax. Heywood House are delighted invite you to a crystal bowl sound bath taster session in the beautiful surroundings of the Ludlow room (the old chapel) on Thursday 18th July at 5:30pm.

What is a Crystal Bowl Sound Bath?

Don’t be fooled by the name – a crystal bowl sound bath isn’t just a normal bath filled with crystals! A crystal sound bath is a form of sound healing that involves various crystal bowls being played to create vibrational sounds that facilitate a peaceful and mindful state of being and promote individual healing. Crystal bowl sound baths can help reduce stress, anxiety, fatigue, depression and can also improve sleep quality, and increase mental focus and creativity.

During the session you will be asked to lie down on a yoga mat or blanket (you can also participate seated if you prefer) and invited to close your eyes or lower your gaze. You will then be guided through a gentle relaxation before the sound bath begins. The crystal bowls will be played with background music to enhance your sound healing journey.

What to Bring: Please bring an open mind with a sense of curiosity and a yoga mat (if you have one) or a blanket to lie on and a cushion/pillow.

Medical Caution: There are some medical contraindications for participating which include heart problems/pacemaker, ear implants, epilepsy/seizures, pregnancy or certain mental health issues. If you have any concerns, please contact Fi on: 07837 246976 before the session.
