Employers are increasingly needing to offer staff extra benefits and facilities- to attract the best talent, and keep them. We meet this need. Everyone who works here gets membership and receives all that Heywood House has to offer.
Whilst most Members are employees, others are self- employed, needing space to work here occasionally and meet clients. The IoD, for instance, have given our Membership to all their Members.
Some work part-time, or have retired, and joined us to use the facilities and be part of a community.
But the rule is that members must have or have had some business background. We are not open to the public in office hours.

Membership Fee
The Individual Membership Fee is £240 per annum or £30 per month*
This fee includes our coworking space
*Reviewed annually in April

What types of coworking memberships do you offer?
We offer a co working membership or a dedicated desk membership (a desk in a small private office).
What amenities are included in the coworking space?
Amenities include high-speed internet, unlimited self serve tea and coffee, access to 35 acres of outdoor space and our members only onsite cafe.
Is there a members-only café at Heywood House?
Yes, we have a members-only café providing barista coffees and light lunches. It is also set up for co working/hot desking in.
How do I join the coworking community at Heywood House?
Joining is easy! The best thing to do is to give us a phone call and book a visit to view the space so you can see if it’s suitable for you, we can then go from there.
