Conference room hire in a rural location Our NEW Online Booking System is now live! Book your meeting rooms, catering, and co-working desk space at Heywood House by the click of a button, straight from our website.

Account Types

There are two different types of tariffs you can choose from:

Pay as You Go Tariffs
Monthly Membership Tariffs

Pay as You Go Tariffs

These allow you to book a co-working desk in the Mansion Main Hall a day at a time and book any of our meeting rooms and catering.

Payment is taken 7 days before your booking takes place, or straight away if it is less than 7 days automatically through the system.

Monthly Membership Tariffs

Monthly tariffs allow you to sign up for a Heywood House Membership including Cafe Membership, Co-working Membership, and Virtual Address Membership. and to book any of our meeting rooms and catering.

All bookings you make feature on your monthly invoice, and payment is taken monthly on the 1st of the month automatically through the system.

What can you book?

Meeting Rooms	There are 3 beautiful meetings rooms accommodating from 4 to 60 people. All with hi-speed internet, AV equipment, tea, coffee, chilled water and biscuits. Available to book by everyone in the business community, rooms are bookable by the hour or day. Meeting Rooms
Co-working	There are different types of co-working memberships available from day rate where you can pay as you go a day at a time, monthly memberships, or dedicated desks. Come and find out more… Co-working

Virtual Address	Virtual Office services are also available through the system. With a choice of Heywood House Business address, mail sorting, and own lockable mailbox. Choose from a variety of options to get the flexibility you need. Once you have decided what you want we set the package up for you Virtual Office Options
