Typically, occupiers will be offered standard three year leases drafted on a user friendly basis. The leases follow a managed office format where the landlord is responsible for services, with the tenants paying for their dedicated office space, and making a contribution to running costs which include the following:
- Facilities inspection and maintenance
- Electricity and other utilities
- Building and garden maintenance
- Security and fire alarm systems and personnel
- Building insurance
